The staff if fine. The apartments are kept nice except for: air conditioner is older than dirt and does not work very well, after numerous complaints it hasn't been fixed properly (someone comes out but nothing gets improved), it runs all day to keep our apartment at 80 degrees; also the electrical outlets do not seem to work correctly; when maintenance came to fix them he did not turn off the electric before working on the outlet; giant mutant spiders in the basements/storage/laundry area, we're talking as big as your open hand; major wasp/bumble bee problem; it is dark in the parking areas and the outdoor building lights are not working most of the time; if your neighbors smoke, your apartment will stink 24/7; forget the fitness room, it has hardly any equipment and your backside is viewed by the leasing office. Other than that, there is ample parking, the apartments are very clean, we have had positive experiences with the staff, maintenance is very courteous, overall this is a nice place to live. Keep in mind that it is usually the few dissatisfied people who seek these websites out to complain; most satisfied people do not take the time to write positive remarks.

it seems u r some kind of attached to this community or staff.otherwise after so many probls,u r telling that NICE PLACE TO LIVE.i used to stay there.the worst part is the maintainance and the people nowadays staying there...all third class people.very bad community to stay.
