I've lived here for six years. Somebody new in my building told me about this website so I checked it out. Yes, there were some problems with the old manager but she's gone now. There is a new manager who is working hard to make things even better. There is new equipment in the weight room, and other upgrades seem to be happening as well. The office staff is new and very friendly and helpful. If you want to know about this place, come out here, meet the staff, and talk to other residents. You'll get a totally different picture than what you read here. The location is great, and the layout seems more like a neighborhood than a bunch of tall buildings lined up together. We have trees here. Come see for yourself.

You obviously feel very strongly about this property since you continue to post such ferocious comments, why remain anonymous? I am not a resident. I am using this site to find a new home. And personally I think you protest too much. I think I can make that decision without taking your word for it since you obviously have an agenda. Please people, post real and true comments!

Haha this is a major joke. There is nothing nice to say about the staff. Yes, the area is nice looking but that is only from the outside. If this is a real resident they would know how bad they really are. They would also know that the new manager hides in her office and refuses to talk to tenants like humans. They are adding new appliances to some apartments- but don't be fooled- you are paying way more than it is worth!

If you walk into the office the first thing you see is the manager... her office is open, with no door... it'd be pretty hard to hide in there unless she crawled under her desk.
