If you have something broken in your townhouse/apartment get ready to make 3 additional calls to get things fixed (and wait up to 1-2 weeks). Also hope you are a sound sleeper because the walls are as thin as paper. Office is hard to communicate (always leaving messages no returns). New property manager but not much better then the old one (worse about communication). Other problems include:
- parking
- electricty going out everystorm (not orchard village fault)
- bugs
- mold

I live at this community and I don't have a shower like that! All the showers have glass shower doors, not a rod and shower curtain. YOu should come look at this property. There is no way the review is true!

I am the manager and this review is false. I do not have any apartments that have a shower that looks anything like that. Every shower/tub has shower doors and we do not have tile like that. Anyone is more than welcome to come take a tour and I promise you will not find any shower enclosure that looks like this. THIS IS NOT MY PROPERTY!

Wouldn't surprise me if the shower doors weren't installed correctly, fell off, and 12 work order requests to have them repaired failed to be addressed. At wits end, the tenant probably just put a shower rod up, only to have mold growing everywhere. I would also expect that the tenant would then be accused of having not properly informed management of water damage, and charged the fees of having it removed. But I have been called cynical before...
