First off, look at the following posts. All of them come from a manager or employee here, who really talks about how great the residents are brand new appliances, how helpful everyone is, etc. Ok now on with this complex. If you like bugs this place is for you. Everywhere i look i see a new "creature". Keep in mind i just moved in 6 weeks ago, so i couldn't have made it that dirty. My place always smells like smoke. But funny thing is i don't smoke, it comes from the vents because of the guy who lives next door to me. Other problems: - Construction all the time, nothing like waking up to a jackhammer - i can always hear my neighbors (thin walls). - i don't think maintenance knows what a cable wire is, they have cut my cord 3 times already.--- losing your check when you turn in your rent money

Now on to the "management". Who ever let these people run a place has to be the worst decision maker of all time. You have to leave at least 5 messages before they even call you back. They always post b.s. like "We love our residents" it should say "We love to ignore our residents". Then when you want something fixed (like my laundry room, showerhead)you might as well not even put in a request. Finally, i know someone who moved in here and is out after 1 year. The price you pay your first year, i heard don't expect to get that same rate again. They try to sucker you in to this dump and then will raise your rates the next year. I'm paying 2,000 to get our of my lease because the past 6 weeks has been miserable here.

I have rented for the past 5 years and this is the worst experience i have ever had. My place sucks, and the office people suck. In fact as i'm writing this a cockroach just came by.

I agree with you- the staff is horrible!!! When we went to talk about getting out of our lease early they gave a whole story about how a tenant died and they still got his rent.... I don't really know what the point of her telling me that was? Probably to show how cold hearted they are.
