We have complained 3 times about the the tenants above us for noise and littering- the staff at Orchard Village said they "sent them letters". The staff also told us that there have been police reports written for them, but besides "letters" nothing has been done about them. Both my car and my husband's car have been hit in the over crowded parking lot. Most of the spots are taken up by nonresidents. During the weekend nights cars are parked along the sidewalks and even behind each other blocking other cars in. If it rains or other tenants are feeling lazy they will throw their trash onto your porch or wherever is convenient. Their failure to maintain the water heaters in the storage unit next to us caused them to flood and ruin our bedroom carpet. Without any sort of apology or sympathy they sent maintenance over with some fans, which took over a week to dry with and left brown stains everywhere. The leasing agents and manager seem very nice and willing to doing anything for their tenants- until you've signed the lease. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you want to feel like you are livng in a college dorm, except without rules and RAs.. then this place is perfect.

Right on! I was in this rat hole for a year and couldn't wait to get out of there! I had a storage unit in the flooded basementand was told my the leasing office they were first come first serve. The management cut my lock and removed my belongings! BAD NEWS! No doubt the only people defending this place work there...
