If you are 19 and planning an under age drinking party for 20 of your pals, this is the place for you! If you have low standards, no self respect, love having your money stolen from you, and enjoy being verbally abused- move to Orchard Village!
The leasing agents are all very young and inexperienced, but are experts at dodging urgent phone calls that require legal attention.
If you are fortunate enough to find the leasing office, be sure to leave a trail of bread crumbs as you will most likely have to use your defensive driving skills to navigate your way around the rude and inconsiderate construction crew. They are not the only obstacle in the parking lot, mind you, the other disgruntled tenents are quick to hurdle the "speed bumps" and many others let their juvenile delinquents roam the streets at all hours of the day and night.

This guy didn't even live here. He got kicked out because he was hanging around the clubhouse like it was his living room. Amazing.
