I will not recommend this place to any one. I wish I knew about this site before I moved in. I only live here for few months and I can't wait until my contract is over. They are very tricky be aware of their specials. They are not honest, they tell you lower price and once you sign the papers they add more. They didn't tell us that we have to buy sewer and trash until we were about to move in. They are liers.

They barely answer the phone. When you call them to fix something they don't show up, sometimes they don't even fix it at all. Also expect higher utilities bec. it's old.

They really don't care about you at all once you move in. Even when you are in their office they just ignore you. Horrible customer service. YOu can do better, please stay away from them. They tell will you the Gym is 24 hours but that's a lie. They close my 10pm and the Starbuck's coffee machine is always broke.

I am going through looking at these ratings because I am moving out of town. I have lived here for 4 years and have been very happy. I responded to the last one and had to respond to this one also. I use the internet cafe almost everyday. The people in the office don't ignore anyone, they are very busy!! They are very hard workers and have alot going on. They always say hi to me so maybe you are the rude one not them. The coffee machine is broken because people brake it, i have watched them. I think it was a nice gesture to have the nice starbucks coffee and all but it isn't worth the headache. I am in customer service and it is very hard these days when everyone wants something for nothing. Beleive what you want when you read these negative comments but in 4 years i have been very happy and wouldn't leave unless i had too. I hope I can find a place just like it. Nothing is perfect but it is a nice place.

Looks like another employee is leaving comments again. Nice job on spicing up your place Amanda and MaryAnn! Orchard Village is the worst place to live. Dont waste your money!

What kind of person just watches someone break a coffee machine? Why not confront them with something along the lines of, "Hey, how about not breaking that?" Or perhaps you're not the confrontational type; why not walk the ten steps to the office and tell the staff? And what would be the motive of someone to break the coffee machine? Who gets their kicks breaking small appliances in an apartment clubhouse?

It's not wanting something for nothing, we pay to have a certain level of service and it's not provided, period. "Something for nothing"??! I didn't know we were all living here for free.

who would break things?... the people who arent busy stealing things... yes, its hard to imagine anyone doing such a thing, now, isnt it?
