I am the Assistant Manager at Orchard Village and I feel as though after being slandered and accused of many things, I can finally say a few things myself. First of all, don't you think that if the employees of Orchard Village were posting responses in our favor that our ratings would be higher that 29%!'!' I have worked in this industry for 8 years and I assure you that this is ONE OF THE NICEST places to live!! I have worked at some horrible properties where people truly don't care!! While here at Orchard Village the problem that we run into is that if you don't tell someone what they want to hear then they are not happy. In all fairness this website was designed for people to tell you about thier living experiences Good and Bad..Not bad mouth and accuse current and former employees of wrong-doings. I feel that by building a new clubhouse, remodeling all exterior buildings, new roofs, gorgeous grounds, excellent resident activities, (that we are doing quite well in resident satisfaction) need I go on' While it is not possible to please everyone, I feel that our staff does very well in handling each situation to the best of our ability. Rather than make references to our "eating habits" why doesn't someone suggest some constructive criticism'! Let us know what we can do to better the community rather that tear us down personally. We truly don't have the time to chase these messages. I just feel it has gone to far! I think if the people that leave responses on here truly understood what it is like to live at a bad place, they would understand how nice it is here. We are open to suggestions to how improvements can be made. Rude or ignorant comments will be ignored. Thanks =)

I have lived at Orchard Village, Madison at Seven Trails, Kensington & Cherry Creek. Comparing those properties in size, cost & service Orchard Village finished last in all categories. I will say this...the leasing agent was a great help by getting kevin in less than 24 hours. I'm glad that improvements have been made & hope things continue to improve.

I live Orchard Village, I do agree that there are good things about Orchard, and also no one is perfect. The one most thing that I like about orchard is that when we call for emergency maintenance they respond quickly and they try to fix the problem as soon as they can. But what I would really like to see is the staff of Orchard village to try answer the phone pleaseeeeeeee. It gets so annoying when you call couple times and no one answers the phone. However i do understand that you are all very busy. It will be nice if someone can answer the phone all time. this is just a suggestion since you asked for it. I'm not here to spread bad things about Orchard. Also it will be nice to use the gym until 10pm on the weekends (friday, saturay,and Sunday) bec. some of us only have time on the weekend (usually evening) and the mainly reason we moved here was bec. of the gym but we don't get chance to use it that much. Or at least extent the hours on week days/or weekend. I see alot of improvement has been made so far. And of course everything takes time. Also the parking lot looks much better now at night bec. of those extra lights that I recently notice it. Take care, Orchard Village customer
