My fiance and I lived there for about a year. The original management was great, but while we were there, they went through MANY managers. Everytime we would go to the main office, there would be someone new working. We had the 3rd floor with the loft. Stairs are a pain, but dooable. Our neighbor was a crack head and we would see random cars drive over, stay for only a few minutes and leave. Brothers Bar is right across the street and if you are lucky, you get to hear the screaming drunks at about 1-2am. Overall, it wasnt a TERRIBLE place to live, but for the money, NOT worth it. we got a free months rent taken off the total yearly amount. all we had to do was ask. Snow plows dont get down it too quick. NO ONE ever cleaned up their doggy waste. Management posted notices on our door if they ever caught anyone not cleaning up, it would be a $50 dollar fine.... Yeah, that didnt happen.
