I lived at Prospect Creek for a year. The apartments are the oldest, most outdated you can find in West County. The maintenance was good, but I have never had to call on maintenance so much, due to the age of the applicances, etc. Also, if you like to haul laundry to the laundry facility, this is the place for you. But go just about anywhere else in West County and you will have a washer dryer in your own apartment.

The management was little off kilter, I think the manager was nuts.

You are incorrect my friend and seem to want to take your problems out on others. If you go anywhere else in west county you are definitely not guaranteed a W/D and most likely do not get one so you must not have done your research. They are not outdated and management has been fine to me, sounds like you must be a little "off kilter" oh and how would you know if main was good if you never even called them? BTW they are good.. .
