I lived at this hole for 2 years... they suck you in with some off the wall price for rent and then kick it up 20 percent when you want to renew your lease. The buildings are old, you have to haul your laundry down to the filthy laundromat, in which during the time I lived there, they upped the price of laundry as well. Don't even think about living on the bottom level, you'll be listening to your ceiling squeak all night long (in more ways than one) from your 18 year old college student neighbors that just love to party when you have to get up and work at 8 AM. I can't count the times I had to call the cops and ask my neighbors to shut up. I'll never forget the night my idiotic neighbors moved out, they played basketball in their empty apartment above me until 3 in the morning. Is this the apartment's fault' No, but they rented to three different idiots while I lived there so you never know what you are going to get or the type of person they'll rent to. This place made me scared of neighbors... I'm so glad I have some respectable ones now.

I did not have that kind of experience. That sucks! I always liked using the laundry room and wathching TV or working out or browsing the internet, and it was always very clean. Oh and my renewal was a $10.00 increase which I thought was very reasonable....
