I lived in 4 different units in the Prospect Creek Complex over the course of 6 yrs. Overall it's the best value/staff/location in that area of Manchester/Ballwin 63021, and believe me I tried many others before settling there. The 4th unit I lived in with my fiance was particularly nice, a two bedroom loft with a vaulted ceiling and two baths. Sara and the staff were always very helpful, and would try to work things in the renters favor as opposed to standing behind a bunch of policies, which always made us feel really at home there. The maintenance staff were always clean and helpful, quickly tending to everything we needed. If you rent in 63021-4131 and don't look there you are missing out. They won best complex this year and there's alot of reasons for that worth seeing. If we hadn't gotten a house so close to our jobs while we try to start a family there is no question we would've stayed, thank you for all the great memories.
