Prospect Creek

I relocated from the Chicagoland area in May of 2007 and have very much enjoyed living at Prospect Creek! Everyone I have met there is very friendly (staff and other residents), they have a wonderful secluded feeling and very wooded site yet you are only minutes away from Manchester and 141. Though you would never know it! The pool is a great place to relax on the weekends and you can always find a lounge chair. The laundry is very convenient and easy, and trust me I moved from a house with my own washer and dryer and was a bit hesitent of using a public laundry, but I find it not as big deal as I thought. Some of the apartments can appear a bit dark depending on which direction they face, mine faces East and the sun in the morning is amazing. I looked at many properties when I first got here, and Prospect Creek was the first I saw and the one I went back to after all the rest.

had a better opinion of Prospect Creek until after the renewal of my 6 month lease that the new manager (NOT the onsite manager) changed the way things worked and told me that I was NOT entitled to the refund I was promised if I renewed my lease to a 12 month lease. Kinda left a bad taste in my mouth and if I wasn't hear already and settled in I wouldn't rent here again as I think that a broken promise is terrible.
