The maintanance is behind, slow moving, and not doing quality work. It took me 6 months ot get an operational oven in my unit, I can't use my sliding back door because the foundation is off so much the screen falls off whenever I try to move it, and there is a mold problem that has me coughing. Other than that I guess it's ok. Good cost for west county.

WOW and youre still there? That sounds like a dumb move. You should just call the office to get the problems taken care of. My dad lived there when he and my mom split so I was there quite often and one time we had to call becasue the garbage disposal was not working properly, they were out within the hour, and the problem was resolved.
