I haven't moved in yet but I did my walk through for my new apartment there, needless to say I'm disappointed so far. The paint job was awful. Bad paint drips on the base boards, they needed a couple more coats of paint in the bathroom because you can tell it used to be green paint. The staircase up to my loft is very wobbly. There is red splatters of paint on top of the refrigerator, knife cuts on the countertop. The plastic closed in patio deck part is melted. Bad permanent "scuff" marks on the bathroom floor. I just couldn't believe it. Don't they have managers that come in and look at things before someone moves in?

For scuff marks try to use a magic eraser. Works great!

Well I did say they were permanent marks, so a magic eraser wouldn't do any good. I did manage to get it off somehow, so I guess it wasn't that permanent. I feel bad for posting that because I have lived here a week now and I LOVE it. They have done so much and Sarah and Kody are so helpful to me. The only thing was I had to scrub the paint off the floors, which took forever, and my hand was killing me when I was done. Their painters were crappy. But maintenance has fixed the wobbly stairs, melted part on deck, and put a second coat of paint in the bathroom. It's looking great! My dishwasher didn't work but they came and fixed it the next morning.
