The management at Reflection Cove do want the residents to have a good experience living here.

After seeing my complaints posted, the manager personally contacted me to work on the problems. My defective refrigerator was replaced! The door to the deck was repaired and I don't see daylight out of it anymore. The bug problem has been minimized. The other two problems are due to living in an older apartment. I pour bleach down the sewer drain to prevent the periodic nasty smell from occurring. That's been working pretty well. Also, I've been making a point of running the dishwasher two or three times a week and it hasn't overfilled on me in a long time.


Overall I feel better about the apartment. Now I would recommend this place to someone. The management really cares about the residents satification, which helps a lot. Thank you Reflection Cove!
