Been here almost a year and thinking about moving instead of staying. We have had several complainta about cracked tiles in the entry way, kitchen and both bathrooms. None have been fixed. Parking has gone down the tubes and our building isnt even fully rented out. Hell one guy three or four buildings up parks his ilegal trailor in front of out building and even after coimplaining the the manager nothing has been done about it. They can be nice here, but they can also be a pain.

YOU GOT ISSUES. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! THE MAINTANCE AND MANAGEMENT IS EXCELLENT! I HAVE BEEN HERE 3YRS AND RENTED FOR 10YRS; THE TREATMENT HERE HAS BEEN BETTER THAN EVER EXPECTED. SARA, BOB, KURT AND ALL I COMMEND AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUOUS LOVE AND DEVOTION OF YOUR WORK!!!!
