Noone is ever 100% happy but....

Those people who expect 100% satisfaction are living in a dream world. Of course the complex isnt perfect, but neither are any of us. Other than a parking problem, which is being fixed (how can there be a parking problem if the units are half vacant'), the balcony's needing paint, which they do to some order as they are vacant or the painter is free from repainting vacant apts, this complex is well managed and maintained. I used to be a propery manager of a 40 unit complex and it is by no means a job many people want or many could do. They have been at or over 90% filled since I moved in mid 2006, so the vacancy comment is a lie.
They have met my challenging requests and have fixed my repairs in a timely manner, not because I demanded it, but asked for it. Simply put, this complex is fair, quiet, better value for the dollar than those costing hardly less than these in the same neighborhood. My name is James and I live in unit 218. Please dont be afraid to identify yourself if you are going to leave a comment and an existing tenant. Noone believes you even lived here. I am just sick of someone trying to devalue a nice community that I pay nice money to live in over an issue that tenants usually abuse the managers about. If anyone is reading this, please feel free to come by and say Hi to me and my neighbors, you will see the truth. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
