Have you ever heard of this phrase before' Well it is true about this Apartment Complex. I have been here for close to a year now and I can tell you the grounds/appearance look nice but the apartments are a dump. They make promises but cannot deliver. I was told that my apartment would have a new microwave and thermostat. When I got my keys they told me that these would be replaced and they still haven't.
I live on the second floor of a three story building. I hear my neighbors all the time. You can hear them walking around, their phone ringing, their alarm clock going off at 5am in the morning, and them closing their kitchen/bathroom cabinets. I have complained many times to mgmt about this situation. They say they have a three complaint policy but it isn't true. I work different shifts every three weeks and I cannot sleep in this place because of the neighbors. I have a young couple that lives above me and they are so loud that I had to go out and buy ear plugs so I wouldn't have to hear them and to get some sleep. It is that terrible that sometimes I have to go to a friend s house to sleep. I am paying all this rent and shouldn't have to leave my own place to find a place to sleep. The construction is absolutely terrible here. When I was shown around trying to decided if this was the right place for me, the leasing office said I would never hear the neighbor's well come to find out after two weeks when I moved in I hear them yelling at each other, I hear him going to the bathroom in the morning, and them constantly walking around like a heard of animals stomping around. Mgmt hasn't done anything about this situation after several complaints. Another situation I have with this apartment complex is parking. Parking is terrible. I take walks around the apartment complex and have noticed that this apartment complex has become a car lot for a dealership in the back. There are always the same cars (with dirt on them) that haven't been moved in weeks.

You will also noticed that mgmt will ask tenants to write how much they love this place to get their ratings up. I met a tenant here that said, I was asked the strangest thing today. The leasing office wants me to go to this website and rate how wonderful Reflection Cove Apartments is to get their ratings up. So please don't believe any of the good things about this apartment because the leasing office asked tenants to do them a favor and they would in return do them a favor.

The biggest complaint I have is the noise level of the neighbors and the parking situation. For the amount of money I am paying to rent this apartment, I shouldn't hear the alarm clock going off at 5am or any noise from above.

this person is obviously living with rose colored glasses. no matter where you go, where you live, in apartement compelexes, you WILL hear someone. if your hearing is that sensitive you SHOULD not live in an apartment. i believe this person is just pissed off at the world and must blame someone for their anger. the person above me is what i would call 'loud' and i hardly ever hear them. i have a dog and cat, and they never react to a loud neighbor as they did before we were here. if you have a loud neighbor, call the police, its not the management's responsibility, its a civil matter. if you were from the USA you would know. thats my complaint, too many gooks and -------- living here who dont understand freedom and democracy. its great they left their poor ass country for a better life, but we were here first, abide by our rules and all will be well. hope those ear plugs work well for you!!!

You have some serious problems with people of different races! Why don't you attend counseling. I seriously don't think that the person who wrote this is from another country!

I have the same problems too and also have to wear earplugs to bed. If it's not the person above me, it's the person downstairs as well as the person next to me who both play loud music. It's bad enough when I hear people sneeze from the apartment above...and I do hear people going to the bathroom too... I've lived in other apartments before and have never run into this many problems. I was also told I'd get a new microwave, but to no avail. Also this apartment complex is just nothing but BROKEN PROMISES, they'll do anything to get you in here then your rent will be raised through the roof when it's time to renew.

MY MICROWAVE IS FROM THE FIRST ONE WHEN THE PLACE WAS BUILT SO IS MY DISHWASHER THAT DOESNT WORK I WAS PROMISED STAINLESS STEEL WHEN I MOVED IN A YEAR LATER I STILL HAVE THE PIECES OF ---- THAT BARELY WORK

I live here currently, and have a dog and a cat. I do have issues with the apartment complex, but if I knew who started that first racist comment, I would smash his face to the surface. Construction around the complex is rarely completed in a timely fashion, which makes me believe they may just to hire a better company to do the job. BIGGEST COMPLIANT other then the weak willed individual with the racist comments, is that they leveled the basketball/tennis court for a terrible(not to code) parking lot. Leaving the kids to play in the street where people fly thru breaking the speed limit everyday. And for what, on an average, four cars park there. Person with the racist comments, I'm out on my balcony everyday with my dog and cat, chilling and relaxing, I can only assume that person would not have the stones to ever speak a word about the ethinicity walking thru the parking lot.
