This apartment appears nice, but once you live here, it goes from a B to an F rating!!
They do everything the cheap route, the management is rude and just want your rent check, nothing else. Broken promises!! This place has a Pool and a hot tub. The hot tub has been broken for years, Its June 1st and the pool is not open, looks like crap. Things take forever to get fixed. Bugs are everywhere outside, ants inside even though they said this place gets sprayed for bugs, no, another lie! This place should only charge $500 per month, cause $315 is lies and broken promises. If I could do it again, I would rather live in a dump than this place!!
