Where to even start... If you want to pay 30% more than everywhere else then this is the place for you. If you like rent increases each year then this is the one. Rent due on the 1st no later than the 5th or $75 plus $2 a day then come on by. If you can't pay rent in full by the 15th of the month you will be evicted. If thats your thing and you have plenty of money in the bank and never have to worry about emergencies then you'll be fine here.

People roll through Reflection Cove like it's a truck stop. My guess is once people see what goes on and how management could care less about their tenants they leave. They had a big banner that said We Love Our Residents! well thats gone now, they must not care anymore.

I have lived here for 5 years, recently new owners took over about 8 month ago. Since then it's a down hill slide...

Check out some of their rules:
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult to go to the pool, gym or rec room.
If your gas or electric is shut off you have 3 days to get it back on or be evicted.
You must have $50,000 in renters insurance to comply with their policy or be evicted.
The list goes on...

Now look, I totally understand that if you live here and always pay on time and abide by their many rules you should have no problem. I personally didn't have a problem with the rules being that I don't have kids and my electric and gas are paid. I just thought they were ridiculous rules. The reality is at some point things happen to most of us. You may get laid off or lose your job. The average working person does not have thousands in the bank. If you do congratulations go buy a house, I'm sure life is grand. For those of you who don't or live check to check I would steer clear of this place. There will be nobody here to cut you slack or give a little time when rent is due.

wow... what an extraordinary revelation... if you pay your rent and abide by the rules you should have no problem... but I guess there really shouldn't be any rules and they really shouldn't expect you to pay your rent, they're so unreasonable.
