I moved here a few weeks ago and so far I don't have any problems. My one bedroom apartment is very pretty. It has a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace, and a very relaxing lake view. I got a really good deal on the one bedroom apartment. There is just one problem and that is the fact that there are lots of spiders and webs outside on the patio as well as the outside stairs. My husband and I bought some spray and hopefully they will be gone. That is the only problem that I am having other than that its a beautiful place. I hope they don't increase my rent next year. If they increase it about $10 I will sign another year.
