I can not even believe the difference a year makes. The new owners of now Village Park of Ballwin has done a great job cleaning this place up. The renovations of the apartments are very nice. The new Clubhouse that they built is wonderful. The community looks better then it has in years and is now very clean. The new staff is better then ever
