My husband and I moved in to these apartments six months ago, and have had nothing but trouble. The AC didn't work when we moved in, because its 'against policy' to turn it on when no one is living there to make sure it works. IT wasn't fixed for 3 weeks, during which the temperatures got into the 90s. We were given no discounts or reperations for this. When it was fixed, only the AC was installed. Its the middle of October, and we are still waiting on the furnace. Between that, we've had problems with noise from the car dealership right outside our window, music from downstairs as late as 1:30 in the morning, sinks overflowing, constantly clogged vents that fill the bedroom with heat, humidity and a constant smell of detergent whenever other in the building use their dryer, and arguements over policies not mentioned to us at signing and not mentioned in the lease. If you move into this place, you will have nothing but a constant headache for a year.
