Horrible management and maintenance

If you are looking for a place in hell...this place is for you!! This company is the worst when it comes to customer service and quality of life. We have been ignored on all levels of management regarding the lack of response from the management. Some of the major complaints include a broken door knob that still remains unfixed even after 7 months of complaints and even a visit from the fire marshall. We had a gas leak in our apartment which was not responded to after 4 days of waiting, horrible neighbors, second-hand smoke entering our apartment from neighbors, and dogs pooping anywhere outside and running through main halls unleashed. The company's motto, according to their website, is "We Care". My family is still trying to find out what they do care about, considering the only thing they take care of is the clubhouse. So please don't decieved by first impressions. Having a real estate background, I'm shocked that such a horrible place can continue to exist. Check out the "Better Buisness Bureua's" website to see that we are not the only complaints. We would not recommend this place to our worse enemy!

WOW!!! Sounds like you might be a resident from hell! Ever think of that! I think that I actually live in your building and I have never had any trouble. I am very familiar with the door knob you speak of and honestly I have bigger problems to worry about in my life. I have heard you ----- an awful lot and quite frankly, I wish you and your family would just move already cause your really starting to piss me off!!!

WOW, is right as this is probably a response written by the management themselves. As we know you all do nothing to better this complex. i am also going to guess you are too busying supplying this site w/ the positive comments to try and make up for all the legit complaints that follow this company and its employees. Here is a suggestion, how about address the complaints of your renters and do your jobs rather than waste time making up false responses. Oh, and we know everyone in our building and everyone was equally annoyed w/ the lack of competence you all have. Not to mention everyone that was here when we moved in has now moved out! HUMMMM??? wonder why the TURNOVER rate is freakin HIGH!!!
