I've lived here for almost a year, and I really don't have any complaints. The office staff has always been wonderful, the maintenance guys are prompt and polite, and the rent is reasonable. I haven't had any issues at all. Washer/Dryer included in each unit, and you can choose to get vinyl flooring in your dining room (awesome if you have kids - I just can't figure out the carpeted dining room...). The neighbors in my building are very nice. The grounds are kept clean. The only semi-negative thing I can say is that though it's obviously difficult to plow snow in a parking lot that's filled with cars, the pathway to the door, or mailboxes could be cleared better.

Clearly this is an employee of the apartment complex or they have mistaken this dive with another apartment complex.

Well, we all know that they aren't spending their time working or addressing the complaints of the renters. I think they spend most of their time socializing or decorating the clubhouse for whatever made up celebration they can waste their time on. I think they spend more time w/ craft time than real estate ethics

Actually, no, I'm not an employee. I really did live there, though I did move out after my lease was up. I moved to be closer to my job and my family or honestly, I would have stayed. I truly didn't have any issues at all when I lived there. I didn't have any issues with anything broken for an unreasonable amount of time. I had to wait 2 days for Maintenace to order a new dishwasher when mine broke. I didn't find that "unreasonable." I did however notice that there was practically an entire turnover in the staff in my final couple of months and at that point any requests weren't handled in as timely of a manner as I had been used to, but still not unreasonable.
