Got out of the military and moved here because the waived the deposit for prior military service. I would have gladly paid double anywhere else had I know what I was getting in to. Second hand smoke from everywhere, the halls are filthy, garbage piles everywhere, dog crap everywhere, etc. Broken door handle to building wasn't fixed the entire 12 months I was there after countless complaints. After the 6th time I requested repairs I just went to the hardware store and did it my self. The is easily the worst managed apartment I have ever been in, by far.

I finally moved out and 6 months later I get a collection notice for about $90.00. I call the collection agency and discover that instead of the apartment calling me, sending me a letter or making any attempt what-so-ever they sent me to a collection agency for $90.00 worth of fees because they claimed I didn't clean the kitchen properly when I moved out.... which was an absolute joke because I knew that they would try to pull some crap like this so I cleaned the entire place spotless. I cleaned it so much in fact that my wife got pissed off because I was being so particular.

Long story short, for the love of God do NOT rent here. They don't even deserve 1 star.
