Bad service all around. Dead birds found in ventilation system. Bird waste in furnace and ventilation system not cleaned out properly when asked. Broken washing machine. Water damage in bathroom. Bathtub faucets broken. Dryer ventilation not clean of excess lint. Vinyl flooring loose in bathroom. Holes in walls. The place looked like it was still getting renovated. The previous matenience manager would barelly help us out. It's like the management did not care how the renters felt about them. They took us to court after we left. We did not pay anymore rent to them. The case was dismissed. One of my roommates called me 3 months after the court case and stated someone was trying to get a hold of us for the money we owed. I think the management at Village Park of Ballwin does not now the case was dismissed.

We have experienced the same quality or lack there of. You may want to make a complaint to the BBB, hopefully this will have some sort of impact and generate enough attention to such a horrible management co that enough people won't make the same mistake.
