Village Park of Ballwin

This place has problems!!!!!!! From: Condemn_Them Date posted: 3/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   There's poor lighting in the parking lot. Some of the tenants in our building must have been smokeing some type of drugs one night and making lots of noise. It smelled still days later. The management seemed not to care. The management also gave out information to other tenants about us too. I herd alot about dead birds in the ventalation system also. And ceilings ready to cave in.
