I have lived here on and off for 10 years with my mother. We live in the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome. After a few years of living there they decided to renovate everything.....well 4 years later, they have not even finished with our unit and still decided to jack up the rent. There are patches on the ceiling where they did not paint over, the toilet in the upstairs bath rocks when you sit on it, and the walls are paper thin. Our last neighbors smoked drugs a lot and we could always smell it. Now we have new ones and they have two loud dogs and a baby that screams all night. The neighbors on the other side play loud music into all hours of the night. We have asked them many many times to spray for bugs and they don't care. We have these HUGE camel crickets hopping all around the basement. In the upstairs bathroom the faucet handle came off, but they did not even bother to fix it. The rent is outrageous for such a crappy place. The office staff does not seem concerned that we have maintenance issues. Do not waste your time or money, look elsewhere. The units are old so the floors creak a lot. Parking is ridiculous and we barely have a patio. The parking lots are very dark as well. Lots of problems.
