Ignored, misreported, and incompleted maintenance complaints & lost rent checks. Looking to move now in the middle of lease because the breaker keeps tripping when you run more than 3 things in a room, and a PC, 2 TVs, hairdryer, and fan have been lost over the course of a year due to electrical surges not being addressed by complex. Only good experience I ever had was with Kevin the maintenance guy who fixed my A/C this summer, but haven't seen him around, so I hope he got smart and jumped this sinking Steamboat. Spend less time planning stupid events like dog swims and movie nights and more time keeping office records accurate.
