The first year we lived here was ok because the man above us never did anything, he just layed on the couch. We decided to sign for one more year, and immediately after we did two people with two dogs moved in above us. For the past year we have had to deal with what sounds like a horse race track above our heads. The pet policy is any dog under 30 pounds, and this dog is well over 30 pounds. I guess that since she works at the office they let it slip through the cracks. The walls are just too thin, and old. The management is also not very helpfull. They are very friendly, but when making complaints they don't seem to do anything about them. I fear for the next person that has to live in our apartment.

Wow, I am soooooooooooo glad I read these reviews before I signed a lease!!!!!!!!!!!THANKS guys for posting you've saved my family a lot of heartache! We've been through a flood and enough trauma!!!
