Woo Hoo Go Village Park!! Once again you guys come in as the absolute worst in taking care of your residents!! OUTSTANDING!! Again, I'm left without AC on another miserably hot night. One of the incentives that got me in good old village park of ballwin was the 24 emergency line for maintenance. So, here I am again with no ac, its realistically cooled down to about 95 degrees and my ac is blowing hot air. The thermostat is reading 89. Well, lucky me I remembered I have that good old 1-800-SAY-RENT line to call. So, I called them up and was told they are not taking any emergency AC calls tonight. I will need to call back in the morning!! Wow, what a great place I live in!!

I hope the slum lords of village green sleep well tonight in their nice cool homes because Monday morning somebody is going to have hell to pay!

I know the feeling....still here we are 8 weeks since the basement flooded with the last good rain and still nothing has been done to fix the problem along with the smoke smell from the other townhouse next to me. I do not smoke and hate the smell but it smells like cig smoke all the time in my townhouse because of the people next door. No one has done anything about that either. To think almost $1300.00 a month get you a pool in your basement filled with muddy rain water and a bar smell all through your house...so you can more or less have a WETBAR in your town home for as little as $1300.00 a month. Any takers?

You might as well get used to it. We had to have a lawyer finally get them to agree to cancel our lease after they were unable to even get an occupancy permit and were too busy "renovating" the apartments beside us instead of fixing anything. The did fix a leak in downstairs bathroom from the bathtub drain by repatching the ceiling. What a joke.

Quit your bitching for pete's sake already. One night w/out a/c and you are ready to call in the National Guard. Appreciate the fact that your large ass has a place to call home, for however long. You made the decision to move there. Take responsibility and drive on and instead of ranting like a spoiled child.

We've had water in our basement as well. It has finally been resolved. We as neighbors need to get together and discuss the issues that we are having here. Someone needs to contact the managing company. What do you think?

After the police knocking on my door this morning to ask questions about the cars that were broken into, I am now just counting down the days till my lease is up.
