poorly managed and maintained

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
At first appearance it looks like a decent place. But any and all maintence issues are either blown off or sloppily handled. Everything from appliance issues, water issues(8 in the time I have lived here and none caused by nature), MICE Has had three different managers in the four years I have lived here.
