I have lived her for going on 3 years and have had some issues that were handled in a timely manner, however it seems that they rent to just anyone off the street. I mean this place is crawling with disrespectful young adults, it is supposed to be a crime free housing area and the cops are called out here almost nightly, it's pretty bad when you see an off duty officer at the grocery store and they know who you are because they have seen you around the complex because you have called about a disturbance. Maintence is nice and is always on top of getting things fixed, but if it's an emergency good luck getting them here to fix it if it's after housr or on the weekend. You might get a DRUNK, so if it can wait until Monday then call the office. They say they offer courtesy patrol, but I think the only courtesy the patrol has to offer is have a good evening, if you call them for anything they tell you to call the police. Also it states on another site that there is covered parking and it is supposed to be free, but it's not. There are some residents that use the hallways for their ashtrays and just stomp it out on the floor. Another issue it that they are not very handicap accessible, I mean they have handicap parking located at the ends of the buildings that have the most steps so good luck trying to get into your building if you are handicapped. The parking lot is poorly lit but the grounds are kept pretty clean for the most part. There are alot of tennants that just sit their trash in the hallways and leave it set for days and the office says they will write you up on it but I honestly don't think that they do because it will sit there for days. I could go on and on, but hey if you wanna move in here that's your choice.
