I've lived here with my roommate for nearly 7 months and we can't wait to leave! We've had so many issues since moving in ... I don't even know where to start. My roommate's bathroom fan hasn't worked since we've lived here, and every time we've brought this to the attention of maintenance they've said they'll fix it but never do. They are like that with EVERY REQUEST, so GOOD LUCK getting them to do ANYTHING! The lightning is poor in almost every room (not to mention more than HALF of our outlets don't work!!), especially the living room and master bedrooms. We've had problems with leaking and water damage in the kitchen coming from the floor above us and recently we've found roaches and ants on the counter tops. Our air conditioning only works when it wants to, our dishwasher and refrigerator are damaged and in need of repair or replacement, the porch is an absolute disaster area and a terrible sight on the eyes, the walls are splotchy and there are nails protruding from the ceiling of our unit.

The apartment buildings themselves are in complete shambles. There's always trash (cigarette butts, beer cans) in the hallways and every other day someone kicks or punches holes in the walls. The laundry facilities are cramped and inadequate. I feel unsafe walking from my parking spot (which is generally FAR away from my building) to my unit ... that is if the cops aren't already there or patrolling outside. THE COPS ARE HERE EVERY NIGHT!! If it's not for domestic disturbance, it's for drug trafficking!! They will rent to ANYONE who walks in off the street, so expect to have the WORST KIND OF PEOPLE as neighbors!

Don't even get my started on management. They're AWFUL and NEVER do anything they say they'll do. All they care about is getting your money, and once they have that ... you're on your own.

SERIOUSLY, PEOPLE ... JUST FORK OUT THE EXTRA MONEY TO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! Someone was probably paid to write the recommended reviews, so DON'T BELIEVE ANY WORD OF THEM!
