livin in da 816 can be crazy yo, pull into my hood and hear the sounds of tech ni9ne bumpin out my crizzy nizzy. I have horrible credit and I am a felon and they rented to me no what Im sayin fool. its an ok place to live if you can deal with the rival gangs and gunshots at night. During the day I would always wear red since more bloods then crips live up in here. It was hard to find an apartment with three pit bulls Anyway im about to get up out here and sip on some sizzurp so if you move in swing over to my apt in the 1400 building and we can kick it hardcore fool.

Coming from a person that currently lives on the property DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!. I have had nothing but issues since moving into this place, first of all my neighbor has three HUGE dogs in a one bedroom. The police are on the property all the time if you want to call the Blue Springs PD and ask them. This place is full of trash and wannabe gangsters who smoke weed and drink all day. Stay far away from this hole trust me if you move here you will regret it. By the way Blue Springs is not " the hood" but this complex IS!

You people don't have a clue what the hood is! I currently live in the "real hood". St. John Ave at Benton Blvd, and this IS straight up hood in Northeast KCMO! Why is this little wannabe thug hangin out in Blue Springs? Hey homeboy can't kick it on the Avenue with the real gangsters and thugs that crawl at night? :(

while the author is a complete idiot it is true that autumn place rents to this type of croud. i have seen pit bulls, while they are illegal and all people do is smoke weed. and i know of a felon that they rent to so yes autumn place rents to horrible people. trashy!!!
