spiders and bad maintenence

count 60 spiders in summer...we have wood shingles...BOO! as for maintenence...OMG..slowest I have EVER seen...IF they show...now office is requesting MULTIPLE work orders for same repairs. Kids everywhere! even in YOUR driveway hitting YOUR car with their bikes.
On an upnote they're spacious with a garage w&d hookups (upstairs)1 1/2 bathrooms which is GREAT. If you take a unit with old carpet..no pet deposit...ALL ELECTRIC!!!! no gas bill! And staff is personable..but thats it

We at Brookwood Village are sorry for your maintenance issues we are currently fully staffed and orders are now completed within 48 hrs.
We are in the process of completing our last 16 building that have wood shingles changing them to composite.
