The apartment itself I loved. I moved in Jan 05 and out Feb 06. From the time I lived there, they had 4 different office managers. The same old maintence man well long past retiring years. The owners feel that since they own the property they can come and go into anyone's apartment without notice. The did this on several occations to my old neighbor across the hall. The police even came to tell them they were trespassing. The office manager right now appears to be a nice old lady....wrong. I just got screwed out of my deposit bc she told me i could give my 30 days when ever i wanted...again wrong. Since I didn't give 30 days for Feb they took my whole deposit plus want and extra $50! They called me one day and told me i had to pay for the whole month then never heard back from them. The manager even told me not to worry about it that since she never heard back it would be fine. Again WRONG. I have to agree with all the previous comments... when you put in a work request it takes for ever to get anything done.
