Enough people have touched on how horrible the maintenance is. Well it's true, freaking nightmare! I didn't have a running toilet for 9 days once. And on another occassion during the spring of 2007, KC area got the worst rain possible for 3 days straight and my apartment flooded. The idiots at the complex let the water sit and soak for another 3 days after I called and told them about the flooding.

This complex violates Missouri state law over and over. They will send an eviction notice with out having any legal document from the county. They will hold your security deposit for no reason at all over the 30 day state law from when you vacate your apartment. You literally have to take them to court to get your deposit back.

If you make a noise complaint, you shouldn't waste your breath, because no one hears it. You might as well call the boys in blue and hope they do something about it.

Laundry room for each building is horrible too. 12 apartments to share 2 washers/2 driers.(And if your apartment is next to the laundry room. Have fun listening to the machines all day/night)

They change managers more than their underwear, and the owners are no where to be found ever. In two years, I saw their vehichle one time at the office.Which shows they are scum-lords.

This place is a complete dump and should be avoided at all cost!
