The last rating on this complex was a whil ago. Things have changed in that time. The cops are here every weekend now. And the 'two weeks to get everything fixed' is a hoax. It NEVER gets fixed. My heater/air blows a fuse when running for five minutes. It has (supposedly) been fixed, 3 times now. But guess what, it still is crap. Unfortunately I couldnt choose my nieghboors. Cause the ones I got would have been the last choice. Teenagers dont party in the parking lot anymore. The have moved to the walking paths and doorways. But I will give them credit for one thing. The beautiful lawn is always budding with seasonal cigarette butts. It is very charming to know that tobacco companies are getting 50% revenue from my nieghboors. But the dont know who 'Glad' is. Cause they're trash is mysterical washed away by the wind and rain. I loved this apartment so much in the time I was there. My cat was ran over in teh parking lot and no one fessed up to it. Now that I think about it. Im sure it was sucide, so he could go to a better place.
