HELLO, I WOULD LIKE TO RATE AN APT COMPLEX THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT MOVE INTO .IVE TRIED ALREADY YOUR OTHER WAYS AND COULDNT FIGURE IT OUT. IF AN APT. COMPLEX DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THE MAINTANCE PROBLEMS OR TAKES MONTHS AND YOU PAY A HIGH RATE TO LIVE THERE IS IT YOUR DUTY TO FIX AND SPEND YOUR OWN MONEY THEIR PROBLEMS IN YOUR APT.TWO YEARS AGO BRITTANY ACRES WAS BOUGHT OUT BY HUD AND I GUESS HUD DUMPED THEM FOR VIOLATIONS. THEY WOULD NOT STAND UP TO THEIR END OF THE DEAL. THE APTS. BRITTANY ACRES IN BRIDGETON, ST LOUIS MO. 63044. THE OWNERS,I CANNOT FIND OUT WHO THEY ARE OR HOW TO REACH THEM. THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL PROBLEMS AND INCIDENTS. THE MANAGEMENT IS LETTING OUR APTS. GO DOWN. THEY MAKE THE OUT SIDE LOOK BEAUTIFUL BUT IT
IS A FALSE FACE. PEOPLE OR HAVING PROBLEMS AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF THEM AND WERE STUCK IN THE CONTRACT.BRITTANY ACRES ARE DUMPS ANDYOU NEED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW. THE LADY MANAGER SHIRLEY DANDINE IS THE AUTHORIZED AGENT AND IS NOT DOING ANYTHING .NOR DOES SHE SEND OUT MAINTANACE PEOPLE SOMETIMES FOR MONTHS AND FINALLY WE HAVE TO BREAK DOWN AND FIX THE PROBLEMS.I WILL ALSO CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE.

Brittany Acres was NEVER bought out by HUD, but I will say, since the new owner's have taken over, the place has gone down hill FAST!!!
