OK on the outside

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
They look good on the outside and the inside isnt so bad either. HOWEVER I have had numerous maintenance issues that have been neglected. One being plumbing and another being electrical. The plumbing issue took well over 5 months to rectify. The electrical still isnt fixed. Whoever heard that you dont need AC on a July day'
