The Demo apartment is NOT what you get!

Ok...they show you this nice, clean demo apartment and then you move in and find that what you saw is pretty much the opposite of what you get. The apartment was dirty and the tile and fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom are old and not well maintained and basically just a disgusting eyesore. Numerous problems in 8 months of being there so far...had to call maintenance about 8 times for 8 different things. (To put it in perspective, I was in my last apartment 2.5 years and called maintenance once.) They don't take complaints seriously. I asked several times to get my living room window fixed to no avail. Rude neighbors that management does nothing about. Paper thin walls, hard to get a good nights sleep. Very drafty, energy bills are very high as a result. Noel the manager is very rude. The yard is always full of litter and it is never picked up, just ran over with lawn mowers. And how about some bushes or flowers or something' Its just ugly. Don't try to hang pictures on the concrete walls that fall apart. Health inspectors need to actually do some health inspecting. Things at Brittany Acres are not up to any kind of standard.I can't wait to move out of this ghetto. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
