Sex offenders

Go to: st louis county police department homepage and you will find there are at least 3 sex offenders living on property. That's scary as I have a young daughter. They must not have any type of screening process here to protect against felons. Something to think about when your moving in a large apartment complex on small acreage. I know out of 4 neighbors in my building alone 2 were broken into and one the guy was still inside when she got home! My car was broken into and the stereo was stolen. They don't do anything about the snow as far as clearing or salting at least not when I lived there. I lived there years ago but I'm sure it's not better because my new work related friend used to live there and recently moved out. She did not give a 30 day notice in time, and they tried to nail her with there termination fee or renewal! I've informed her otherwise as in most apartment communities a 30 day notice is required but if it's not given until the 5th then you'd be responsible for 5 days rent of the following month past your lease. They hit her up for the termination fee and are getting ready to be hit with legal action as they have placed a large collection on her credit report. This girl is a neat freak so there is no way they got her for cleaning and or damage charges. Beware! Management is like a Police officer, they can either be good because they are supposed to be Professional or they can be bad. Just because someone wears a uniform does not make them a good cop or a good manager!
