Irrelevant bills & terrible maintenance

This is a terrible place to live in. Although the apartment I lived in was fine, the management tries to push every bill on to you even at the times that you havent lived there. If you do not look carefully at the bills...you might pay what you do not owe them. Also, some of their heating and cooling equipment are so old that they needed multiple trips.. some nights we had to manage without a heater even though they claim to have 24hrs service.
