I lived at 12118 A nottigham ln. Noel was the original manager when we moved in. 1st issue: blinds broken and missing, noel said he'd have them replaced just move in and we'll get to it. Noel left the company a week later and shirley in the office doesn't believe noel would say that. We had a three week old child and the a/c went out, it took 5 months for it to be fixed completely, wires hanging out of the wall,and when i finally got stacy the manager on the phone she was telling me it was discrimination if she fixed mine first. She has no clue and is relying on her boob job to get her bye, waste of money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the mantenance department let's freon off in the air, major no-no. I have a nice video of them doing it to my unit. The only reason we stayed for 2 years is we put our 30 day notice in 2 day's late and they went ahead and renewed our lease for another year, which we could never sign, because the office is alway's closed.
