Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I have lived in Brittany Acres for the past two years - it wasn't the greatest experience. I can say though, that since Berkshire Management has come in to run the property, things are looking up. The office staff is friendly, my work orders are getting done immediately and the grounds are kept clean. They also seem to be turning the property around as far as a better clientel of residents.
My lease is up for renewal and I will definately stay now.
