Approach with Caution

When we moved in the property was still under its old management. All fixtures and appliances were very old and broken down when we moved in. Now that I have moved out the new management company is charging me for things that were broken before I moved in, which is not fair and I plan on fighting it.
Personally, I do not think that the property's management does a good job. It takes repeated calls to get a repairman to come, and management does not seem to find it to be their responsibility to arrange for snow removal. If you move in here buy a shovel.
Other problems: The townhomes are very old and the windows have never been upgraded. Be prepared to have very high utility bills of around $200 for air conditioning in the summer and around $300 or more in the winter for gas. Also, noise has become a real problem since the opening of the new runway at Lambert. I never needed an alarm clock in the morning because of the airplane noise.
