There are to many issues to list on a site like this. No one will answer the phone or return a phone call when maintenance is an issue. When and if you get their attention, the repair will be a guaranteed "temporary" fix. The leasing staff is rude and unprofessional, promises made to resolve issues and they won't show up as promised, windows leak, basement floods (then the debris is not cleaned up), sewer backs up, mold infestation, loose tiles in the entry way, furnace is so old and noisy I have to turn my TV up loud to hear it over the noise, the washer/dryer connections are in the basement that floods leaving you to walk through mud dust, leaves and dead bugs to wash your clothes, mailboxes broken leaving your mail exposed to John Q. Public, etc. etc. etc. And now they expect to raise the rent to an absolutely ridiculous amount for the dump that it is. Color me gone.
